Opportunity Details
Key Responsibilities:

Tender/Bidding: Analyze contractual risks and obligations, review upstream projects, draft and negotiate partnership agreements (MoUs, JVs, Consortiums), and prepare/review downstream contracts such as subcontracts, supply agreements, and purchase orders.

Project Execution: Finalize client contracts, support project start-up including bonds and insurance, prepare contract management plans, and manage upstream, partnership, and downstream contracts.

Contract Management: Draft/review contractual correspondence, manage variations and contractual deviations, negotiate changes with clients, prepare extension-of-time and additional-cost claims, and prepare/review meeting minutes.

Close-Out: Manage project close-out and final settlement of claims under upstream and downstream contracts.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university.

6+ years’ experience in Contract Management.

Experience in infrastructure, railway or industrial projects.

Experience managing Consortium/JV projects.
-
Good negotiation, linguistic, analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Knowledge of legal requirements related to contracts.
-
Arabic & English mandatory; French is a plus.
