Mission

Provides services for reception, safety and maintenance of the site where he/she works.

Main Responsibilities

• Provides physical and/or phone reception services for in-house and outside visitors and orients them to the appropriate contact people/services.
• Handles the transmission of messages to the people involved.
• Is the ambassador for the company’s image.
• Guarantees the general safety of people and property on the premises.
• Controls the access of third parties to the premises.
• Carries out general surveillance operations (rounds, etc.) to control access.
• Informs the hierarchy in the event of malfunctions.
• Handles the cleaning and standard and in-depth upkeep of the spaces, furniture and equipment of their location in observance of the rules and safety guidelines.
• Detects and reports anomalies or damage to their hierarchy.
