Mission
Is responsible for promoting, leading and monitoring the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment approach in line with the Group's primary value, Safety, and related policies.
Main Responsibilities
- Supports operational unit managers in assessing risks, drawing up and monitoring the action plan, monitoring and checking regulatory compliance, monitoring indicators, processing relevant external requests (local residents, administrations, etc.).
- Supervises audit or inspection processes meant to monitor compliance with established quality standards
- Supports the Works or Industries operational staff: helps with risk analysis (jobs, projects, industries, quarries, etc.), helps in the organization and preparation of starters and QSE point, etc.
- Ensures controls: performs cross-audits for the Group, the subsidiary, carries out audits for his/her scope, etc.
- Ensures monitoring: advises and monitors the processing of these audits carried out in his/her area, ensures the application of the Group's directives, alerts in the event of malfunctions, etc.
- Manages training: assists the training and operations department in identifying training requirements, conducts awareness sessions, etc.
- Supports purchasing: ensures the reporting of malfunctions in framework agreements, advises on the choice of protective equipment, etc.
Profile
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2-3 years of experience with specialization in Health, Safety and Environment
