Mission

Overhead Catenary System (OCS) Construction Manager for MMSP Depot and tunnels. This individual will be accountable of all OCS Site works for MMSP Depot and tunnels, from preparation until completion and handover.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  · Responsible and accountable of all OCS site works related to MMSP Depot and tunnels, from preparation until completion and handover

  · Definition of Work packages related to MMSP Depot and tunnels, including RFQ preparation

  · Responsible and accountable in Colas Rail EHS rules compliance, strictly implementing Colas Rail policies and creating a 0 accident and 0 deviations culture

  · Responsible and accountable in planning set-up and on time execution until hand-over

  · Methodology and constructability, from preparation until validation

  · Planning progress follow-up until hand-over

  · Site Interface Management with internal and external Stakeholders

  · Management of suppliers (if applicable) and subcontractors on site

  · Quality management in coordination with QA/QC team (Audits, site modifications, NCR, REX…etc)

  · Configuration management until hand-over to T&C

  · Construction interfaces with other subsystems (POW team, Trackworks team, signalling team, O&M team, CW team…etc)

  · Support the definition of Installation strategy for the OCS construction activities for MMSP Depot and tunnels

  · Support the Buy/Do decision process for each Site works WP

  · Constructability reviews with OCS teams

  · Methodologies development considering all Safety, Track Access and operation aspects

  · On Time Delivery (OTD) of all OCS works

  · Preparation of related Gate Reviews

  · Management of all correspondences (letters, minutes of meetings, submittals…) related to OCS Construction activities for MMSP Depot and tunnels

  · Preparation of OCS works for MMSP Depot and tunnels, including all logistics aspects

  · Collect the REX (Return of Experience) coming from the Regional Centers

Profile

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

· Bachelor's Degree of Science in Engineering, Civil Works or scientific subjects

Desirable:

· Master's Degree in Business Administration and/ or

· Master's Degree in Project Management

· Master's Degree in Engineering

Experience

· Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the construction oversight and management of major OCS projects (brownfield and greenfield)

· Strong knowledge of OCS works under engineering hours

· Fluent in English, second language appreciate
