Human Resources Director - Croatia & Slovenia (m/f)
Place of work – Varaždin
Key responsibilities of the position include:
- Develops and implements HR strategy for Croatia and Slovenia;
- Coordinates HR activities and provides guidance to affiliated companies;
- Plans human resources and personnel costs;
- Leads and organizes the work of the HR department;
- Develops and implements HR processes and procedures;
- Supports the Management Board in developing the organizational structure;
- Leads the recruitment and onboarding of new employees;
- Develops a performance management and reward system;
- Manages talent development and advancement;
- Improves organizational culture and employer branding;
- Performs all other tasks within the scope of professional qualifications, knowledge and skills as assigned by the President of the Management Board.

- You have a university degree in social studies or HR;
- You have at least 5 years of experience in executive positions
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written;
- You have a category “B” driver’s license;
- You are an active user of the MS Office suite;
- You have project planning and management skills
