LINK427 General Partnership is a joint venture responsible for designing, building, financing and operating/maintaining the 427 Expansion project. Upon completion of construction in 2021, LINK427 began the 30- year Operations, Maintenance and Rehabilitation term of the Project from Finch Ave. to Major Mackenzie Dr.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for assessing and pursuing legal/insurance claims as related to highway incidents, as well as assist with day to day office/patrol yard functions, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of office administrative duties.
Responsibilites:
- Pursue insurance reimbursements in relation to highway incidents
- Provide administrative support to the patrol yard
- Assist with tasks and projects
- Responsible for assisting with payroll duties
- Support management team as required
- Submitting invoices and communicating information to the Contracting Authority
- General clerical duties including; photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents
- Other general office and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an administrative role considered an asset
- Construction/highway maintenance experience, an asset
- Insurance claims experience considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Very strong attention to details
Compensation Data
$50,000-54,000/year
