We are looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to elevate recruitment practices across Canada by strengthening standards, optimizing tools, and supporting our subsidiaries in their growth and maturity journey.
Your Impact
- Enhancing the effectiveness and consistency of recruitment practices nationwide;
- Driving the adoption of talent acquisition standards and best practices;
- Optimizing recruitment tools and maximizing their return on investment;
- Leading Talent Acquisition governance across Canada;
- Structuring and improving internal mobility processes;
- Strengthening the confidence of HR and Operations teams in the value of Talent Acquisition.
What You Bring
- Significant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources;
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate without direct authority;
- Analytical mindset with a focus on business outcomes;
- Pragmatic, structured, and solution-oriented approach;
- Full professional proficiency in both English and French.
Additional Information on the position
Salary range: $60,000 - 75,000 CAD per year.
This is a replacement, 4 months contract with a high probability of full time.
