We are looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to elevate recruitment practices across Canada by strengthening standards, optimizing tools, and supporting our subsidiaries in their growth and maturity journey.

Your Impact

  • Enhancing the effectiveness and consistency of recruitment practices nationwide;
  • Driving the adoption of talent acquisition standards and best practices;
  • Optimizing recruitment tools and maximizing their return on investment;
  • Leading Talent Acquisition governance across Canada;
  • Structuring and improving internal mobility processes;
  • Strengthening the confidence of HR and Operations teams in the value of Talent Acquisition.

What You Bring

  • Significant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources;
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate without direct authority;
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on business outcomes;
  • Pragmatic, structured, and solution-oriented approach;
  • Full professional proficiency in both English and French.

Additional Information on the position

Salary range: $60,000 - 75,000 CAD per year.

This is a replacement, 4 months contract with a high probability of full time.
