Job Summary
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous flagging or construction experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to obtain or maintain required flagger certification
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures precisely
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Capable of lifting and moving traffic control equipment as needed
- Vision and awareness sufficient to observe traffic and jobsite hazards
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as required by project schedules
