Lead and supervise electrical technicians on-site to ensure efficient operations and adherence to project timelines. Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training, delegate tasks based on team capabilities, troubleshoot complex electrical issues, and oversee testing and commissioning to ensure systems meet quality and performance standards before client handover.

Qualifications/Experience required

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is essential.
Experience:
6+ years in HVAC and Smoke Exhaust Systems.
in a supervisory role within construction, manufacturing, or a related field.Strong knowledge of construction practices, methods, and safety regulations.
Proven experience in managing and coordinating work crews, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and oversee crew members effectively.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
Problem-solving skills to address issues that arise on the job site promptly and effectively.
Language Requirements:
Arabic & English is a must, French is a plus.
