Opportunity Details

In this role, you will manage cybersecurity coordination across technical teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. You will review system designs, monitor subcontracted cybersecurity works, support compliance with IEC 62443 standards, and help resolve technical risks affecting project delivery. The position also requires close collaboration with engineering, testing & commissioning, commercial, and regulatory teams.

We are looking for candidates with:

• A degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or related fields

• At least 15 years of relevant experience, preferably within railway, industrial, OT, or infrastructure environments

• Strong understanding of OT/ICS security concepts

• Working knowledge of IEC 62443

• Clear communication skills in both Arabic and English

• The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams effectively
